Serving as the AAKS State Coordinator for three pivotal districts – Medak, MahaboobNagar, and Nalgonda in Andhra Pradesh, I have undertaken the responsibility of overseeing the coordination and activities within this significant region. My dedication to the role is reflected in the extensive fieldwork, where I personally visited and interviewed each coordinator alongside the District Youth Congress committee in multiple phases. In an effort to build awareness at the grassroots level, I spearheaded various programs aimed at encouraging young and educated individuals to join AAKS, fostering a vibrant and dynamic community.
One noteworthy event during my tenure was the National Coordinator Inchair session held at Gandhi Bhavan, Hyderabad. This event served as a platform to unite the District, Constitution, and Block Coordinators from the respective districts. Notably, all the shortlisted coordinators were present, marking a 100% attendance. Additionally, my meticulous preparation of data entry formats and day-to-day reports received commendation, further highlighting my commitment to ensuring effective communication and organizational efficiency within the AAKS network.
State Level AAKS Convention/Orientation Program

In my role as the Control Room Incharge and On-Stage Activity Coordinator at the State Level AAKS Convention, I orchestrated the Phase-1 initiative, bringing together Mandal Level coordinators from 10 districts under one roof. Over a span of 12 continuous hours, I conducted comprehensive orientation programs on AAKS, ensuring a unified and informed youth leadership across these districts. My efforts were recognized and commended by esteemed personalities including Sh D Srinivasji, PCC President, Shri V Hanmantha Raoji, Smt Geetaji Reddy, Minister, Shri KVP Ramachandra Raoji, Shri Vivekji, MP, Shri Prithvi Raj Satheji, and Shri Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddyji, who graced the dias at the Ravindra Bharati Auditorium.
Despite the challenges posed by the strong presence of TRS in Telangana, I navigated the hesitant political landscape and successfully penetrated the grassroots levels of various Telangana districts. My proactive approach encouraged youth to join AAKS-APYC, injecting enthusiasm and energy into the movement. During critical situations, I adeptly handled challenges by strategically appointing AAKS coordinators at the Mandal level, instilling the Congress motto and rallying support for the AAKS convention held in Hyderabad, fostering unity and strength within the party.

In alignment with my commitment to grassroots political engagement and in staunch support of Shri KK Mahender Reddy, the MLA candidate for the SIRICILLA constituency, I actively participated in a series of impactful activities. Conducting pada yatras and engaging in door-to-door visits allowed me to connect directly with the constituents, understanding their concerns and aspirations. Additionally, I had the honor of addressing the public at various meetings alongside the Incharge Minister, Smt Sabita Indra Reddyji, contributing to the dissemination of the candidate’s vision and garnering support for the electoral campaign. This hands-on involvement reflects my dedication to community outreach and my enthusiasm for fostering political dialogue at the grassroots level.

Serving as the Programme Coordinator for seven districts and holding the position of In-charge for Medak District has been a rewarding responsibility. In this role, I diligently visited all seven adopted villages, ensuring smooth coordination and communication with the concerned ZP CEOs for the timely sanction of funds. My commitment to the cause was further evident when I took on the role of In-charge for Medak, where I stayed in the village for an extensive 20 days to successfully organize the RPPPSC program.
Acting as a liaison committee for fund sanction with the ministry, I conducted regular visits to the offices of the Minister, Panchayatraj Commissionerate, and ZP CEOs. This proactive approach aimed at ensuring the prompt approval of funds, aligning with Shri Rahul Gandhi’s vision for changing the adopted villages, as per his directive.
Furthermore, my responsibilities extended to hosting and managing crowds as the In-charge of the central office for both the inaugural and concluding programs of Rahul Pilupu. Notable figures such as Shri Rajiv Satavji, as the Chief Guest at the inaugural program in RR District, and Shri K Rosaiahji, the Chief Minister of AP, who graced the conclusion program in Guntur, added significance to these events. My role in orchestrating these programs showcased my organizational skills and dedication to creating impactful and memorable occasions in line with the objectives set by the leadership.

My multifaceted involvement in various capacities, such as Organizer, Coordinator, Front Office, Registration Centre Incharge, Crowd Management, and Press, at Talent Hunt Centers across Adilabad, Karimnagar City, Warangal, Khammam, Nizamabad, Mahaboobnagar, Ananthapuram, and Kurnool, has been a testament to my diverse skill set. My proficiency in handling these roles has not gone unnoticed, as I was selected by Ms. Joti Maniji to serve as the General Secretary of the Andhra Pradesh Youth Congress through the Talent Hunt initiative. This recognition reinforces my commitment to contributing effectively to the Youth Congress and further honing my leadership capabilities.

I had the distinct honor of being entrusted with the responsibility of receiving, accompanying, and making logistical arrangements for the esteemed Chief Guest of the event, Prof. Mridula Mukerjee, Director of Nehru Museum, Delhi. This significant task was assigned to me by Shri D Srinivasji, President APCC. With meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, I successfully managed the schedule and arrangements, ensuring a seamless experience for both Prof. Smt. Mridula Mukerjeeji and Shri D Srinivasji. The appreciation received for my hospitality and sincere work from both dignitaries reflects my dedication to executing responsibilities with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.

I have actively played a pivotal role in leading protests, dharnas, and maha dharnas in response to defamatory stories aired by Sakshi TV against Smt. Sonia Gandhi. In response to the immediate directive from the President of APYC, I efficiently coordinated with all Youth Congress leaders overnight to organize a successful dharna near YSR statues. This impactful protest garnered significant attention and was prominently highlighted in the media across Andhra Pradesh, APYC and AP.
Beyond coordination, I have been personally involved in various forms of peaceful demonstrations, including Rasta Roko, Dharna, and Maha Dharna, demonstrating my commitment to the cause. My dedication to these efforts led to my arrest on two occasions, underscoring my unwavering resolve to stand up against unjust narratives and protect the reputation of our leaders and the party.
