Her journey is marked by an unwavering passion for creativity, people interaction, and a strong sense of community service. With a career that spans across industries, she has made a profound impact in education, the beauty industry, marketing, public welfare, and infrastructure development.
Starting as a career counsellor in 1999, she dedicated herself to guiding students in professional courses like medicine, engineering, and management. With her company, Competition Point, she helped students navigate college admissions, entrance exams, and job opportunities both in India and abroad. Collaborating with top institutions, she regularly conducted seminars and offered free coaching to government school students, empowering them to succeed in competitive fields.
In 2007, her passion for marketing and event organization led her to join STUDIO THORN in Delhi, working under Mr. Usheer Mohan. Here, she honed her skills in advertising, brand promotion, and event management, working with prominent brands like Domino’s, McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, Airtel, and Idea. At the same time, she continued her work with Competition Point, balancing both roles with dedication and flair.
In 2009, she moved to Hyderabad and launched a branch office of Security Online, an outsourcing company, where she played a pivotal role in providing employment to over 5,000 individuals, including undergraduates, graduates, and postgraduates. Through tender processing and direct contracts, she secured jobs for people in both private and government sectors, including prestigious clients like the Ministry of Defence, Indian Navy, Hindustan Shipyard, All India Radio, Kendriya Vidyalaya, CGHS, Doordarshan, and many more.
In 2018, she further expanded her portfolio by collaborating with the state government under the Mission Bhagirath, through her company, Armaan Developers. She successfully constructed safe drinking water projects at various places of Vikarabad District, contributing to the region’s infrastructure and addressing water scarcity issues.
Her dedication to serving society shone brightest during the COVID-19 pandemic. From 2019 to 2021, she and her team tirelessly provided essential services, distributing food, water, and masks along the highways of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. During this time, she founded DSANITIZE.COM, offering sanitization services in COVID-affected areas across India. Despite contracting COVID twice herself, she continued to serve relentlessly, providing free sanitization services to schools, hospitals, temples, churches, housing societies, factories, villages, and more.
Her work extended to collaborations with major MNCs including Amazon, Flipkart, Yes Bank, LIC, Vasavi Engineering College, MVSR Engineering College, Matrusri Engineering College, SBI, Decathlon, and others, ensuring that both public and private sectors received the support they needed during the crisis. Her unwavering commitment, even in the face of personal challenges, stands as a testament to her resilience, leadership, and selfless dedication to the welfare of society.
